Scan Receipts & AutoRecord
How do I use the receipt scanning feature?

Simply take a photo of your receipt and submit it for recognition. The app will automatically extract the transaction information and create a record.

How do I use the AutoRecord feature?

You can trigger AutoRecord via touch gestures or the Assistive Touch button. For example, on the Paypal payment completion page, tap the back of your phone or the Assistive Touch button to automatically extract transaction information and create a record.

Can I manually edit the transactions automatically recognized?

Yes. You can manually edit the date, amount, category, or notes of a transaction to ensure each record is accurate.

I exited the app during recognition. Can I still find the record?

Yes. You can find receipts that were recognized but not yet recorded by going to"+ Add" → "Pending".

Does bill recognition require an internet connection? Can it be used offline?

Yes, an internet connection is required. Bill recognition currently does not support offline use.

Will my transaction information or receipt data be recorded or leaked?

No. We take data security very seriously. All transaction information and receipt data are encrypted and securely stored, and cannot be accessed without authorization. We do not view, disclose, or misuse your personal data.

Category
How can I customize expense or income categories?

Yes. You can easily add, edit, or adjust your expense and income categories. Subcategories are supported to meet your personalized accounting needs.

Can I merge or delete categories? What happens to existing records?

Yes. When deleting a category, you can choose to move all related records to another target category. If you no longer need them, you can also delete the records together with the category.

How can I view category statistics for a specific period?

On the statistics page, tap the Custom button to select a specific date range and view income and expense data for each category within that period.

Can I adjust the order of categories?

Yes. On the category management page, long-press a category and drag it to reorder.

Accounts & Currencies
Can I create multiple asset accounts?

Yes. You can create multiple asset accounts as needed to manage different funds or asset types separately.

Will my asset account balance update automatically?

Yes. If you have multiple asset accounts, the balance of the selected account will update automatically when recording a transaction.

Which currencies are supported?

We support USD, EUR, CNY, GBP, JPY, KRW, AUD, CAD, CHF, SGD, and over 100 other currencies.

How are transactions in different currencies converted in statistics?

In the app, you need to set a base currency first. All statistics are converted to this base currency. If you change the base currency, the app will automatically update conversions based on the current day's exchange rate.

How are transfers between accounts with different currencies converted?

When transferring between accounts in different currencies, you need to confirm the exact amounts changing in both the source and destination accounts to ensure each transfer is executed according to your instructions.

How can I set the transfer fee?

When making a transfer, you can choose whether the fee is deducted from the source or destination account.

Will deleting an asset account affect previous records?

No. You can choose whether to delete the transactions associated with the account—it's entirely up to you.

Others
How long are receipts in the receipt box saved?

Receipts are kept as long as the corresponding transactions exist—they are not deleted automatically.

How can I customize the start day of the week?

Go to [Mine] → [Week Start Day] and choose whether the week starts on Monday or Sunday.

Can I add transactions for days other than today?

Yes. On the transaction page, you can select the exact date and time to add a transaction.
